Tom Cradock (1962-1963)
A pre-med from St. Louis, Tom Cradock was seen as a backup center candidate following the transfer of 6-6 Ron Duncan at the end of his freshman year.
"Sophomore Tom Cradock...provides further insurance at both center and forward spots, just as he did last year as a freshman," wrote The HOYA. "He is a rugged defender and has a crackerjack shot, particularly from the charity stripe."
Cradock played sparingly as a sophomore, seeing action in just eight games that season. Following graduation in 1965, he earned his medical degree at St. Louis University. A pediatric surgeon, Dr. Cradock served as a member of the SLU medical school faculty for many years.
