Supreme Cook (2023-)

With the loss of its top six rebounders form the 2022-23 season, help was needed up front and graduate transfer Supreme Cook was a big part of the rebuilding effort.

Having played at the Peddie School, Cook turned down offers at Columbia and Robert Morris to play at Fairfield, where he started 73 games over three seasons, averaging 10 points and 7.5 rebounds a game, with a career high of 26 in the 2022-23 home finale versus Quinnipiac. While the step up to Big East play was a considerable one, Cook was one of the few players to show sustained improvement over the 2023-24 season.

Notable games included a 19 point, 13 rebound game in the season opener versus LeMoyne, 16 points and 10 rebounds versus Syracuse, and an 18 point 13 rebound effort at UConn. By season's end Cook was third in team scoring, finishing fourth in the Big East in rebounds and leading the conference with 123 offensive rebounds, the most in that category for any Hoya player since Jerome Williams in the 1994-95 season.

Supreme Cook transferred to Oregon for his final season of eligibility.
