Little is known on Patrick Rinaldi, who played one season on the varsity in 1934. "Pat Rinaldi and "Sis" Esenstad were especially prominent in basketball, being mainstays of an unusually successful team," wrote the Ye Domesday Booke of that season, but Rinaldi did not return to the team that fall, instead serving as treasurer and later as vice president of the SFS class of 1937.

Rinaldi's career after Georgetown is largely unknown. The Georgetown alumni directory lists him as a "non-profit manager". His vital statistics noted him as a longtime resident of Silver Spring, MD.
