Neil Heskin (1964-1966)
One of four players over 6-8 in the Class of 1967, Neil Heskin saw action in 21 games over two seasons as a backup center.
Injuries proved Heskin's undoing: He suffered foot injuries throughout his career. In 1966, the HOYA noted "Early last week, Neil Heskin paid his annual visit to the emergency room of the Georgetown University Hospital. Heskin, a defensive stalwart on the past two Hoya squads, broke his fifth metatarsal for the fourth time in the last three years." This latest injury sidelined him for his senior season.
Heskin was drafted by the ABA's Denver Rockets but did not pursue a basketball career.
