Leo Klauberg (1914-1916)
"Enthusiastic by nature, and a glutton for work, he made good at anything he attempted." Such was the valedictory in the 1916 Ye Domesday Book for Leo Klauberg, who walked on to the basketball team in 1914 and became its starting center in 1915-16.
A tireless volunteer for Georgetown in the years since graduation, Klauberg served as a leader in the metropolitan New York area for many years and received the John Carroll Award by the Georgetown University Alumni Association in 1953.
