David Paulus (1999-2001)
Dave Paulus was a four year letterman of the Georgetown football team and a two year walk-on for the basketball team, seeing action in five games over two seasons.
Seven members of the Paulus family played Division I athletics. David and three of his brothers (Matt, Dan, and Chris) played football at Georgetown between 1999 and 2006. Greg Paulus, the top ranked football and basketball recruit in New York state in 2005, was offered a basketball scholarship at GU but chose to play at Duke and is currently the head basketball coach at Niagara. Mike Paulus was a quarterback at North Carolina and William & Mary, while the youngest in the family, Sarah, played basketball at Fairfield.
Following Georgetown, Dave Paulus earned an MBA at the University of Southern California and works in fixed-income management services.
