Dick Falvey (1946-1950)

A four year letterman in the Hoya backcourt, Dick Falvey was a two year starter for the Hoyas from 1948 through 1950 and served as its team captain in 1949-50. His 15 points as a senior versus Maryland was a career high.
Following Georgetown, Falvey served in the Air Force during the Korean War and returned to Georgetown in 1955 to pursue a dental degree. The father of 13, Falvey served 46 years in the profession before retiring in 2005.
