Roger Keleher (1916-1917)

Little is known about Roger Keleher, who played in the 1916-17 season and left the University thereafter.

Keleher graduated from St. Michael's College of Vermont in 1915, as that school annually awards its highest athletic honor, the Roger F. Keleher Award, to "to the outstanding male and female scholar-athletes of the graduating class who have maintained high scholastic averages."

A note in the 1917 Georgetown yearbook that spring cited "a word of congratulation must be given to Jim O'Boyle, the class president, and Roger Keleher, who were awarded their letter for consistent good performance on the Varsity basketball team."

Following Georgetown, Keleher became a probation officer for the city of Springfield, MA for 45 years.
